Found a bug?
Telling us which tool, which browser (Chrome, Safari, …) and what went wrong speeds things up a lot. There is no need to send the file itself — especially if it is sensitive.
About file recovery
All processing happens inside your browser and files are never sent to a server. That means we simply do not have your files, and recovering them for you is impossible. Check your downloads folder for results.
